@Sacrews In Create-A-Sim, a few years back in a patch they changed it so you can turn off the feminine/masculine tag and use any clothes on any sim, regardless of if they are set to a feminine or masculine frame. So you can create a sim with masculine-style clothing for everyday wear and feminine-style clothing for party or formal wear. You can also set multiple different outfits for each category of clothing
