Crashed Game after Earning Week 3 Reaper Rewards

My game crashed right after I got all the week 3 reaper rewards. I am obviously not blaming EA for the crash. I am simply trying to figure out where the items would be, because the game says I already have the items, even though my game no longer shows the progress made. It also no longer gives me the week 3 objectives to "earn" them again, which I wouldn't mind doing. Please help before week 4. I would like to make sure the rest of my reaper reward experience is not affected by this. Thanks so much for the help!
