crashing when I open gallery

Question

Everytime I open the sims 4 either on the main menu or in CAS. the moment I hit household included cc the game will load up my sims then crash within 35 seconds. I deleted everything even restarted my saves and my cc and still didn't make a difference. I basically wasted money because i can't even get the game tp run for me to put my sims in for the new pack.

I am also playing the game on MAC, Computer if fully updated and so is the game. thought new update would have fixed it but it didn't one bit.
