I’ve purchased the potion of youth from rewards store and it’s taken my money, but can not locate the potion anywhere, and character is getting close to ageing up, which I don’t want to happen. I tried again, and same thing happened money taken and no potion.
Community Manager@owenRob2004 Hi! Were you able to figure this out? I didn't see it before. When I saw it just now, I thought I'd test to see if I had the same issue. My sim was able to purchase the potion and it appeared in his personal inventory. If it's still not working, maybe you could try repairing the game?
hi i have just purchased the potion of youth and the happy potion the happy potion has appeared in my inventory as a drink but the other is nowhere to be found can anyone help?
Did you try checking the household inventory madkitti ? Or perhaps make sure that it hasn’t gone into the inventory of another member of the household.
Also, check to make sure that the aspiration points needed were removed from the total. The points may still be there, so then you can try buying it again.
