Critical Achievement Bug (Mac)

Hello EA Support Team,

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a persistent technical issue in The Sims 4 (Mac platform) that has completely blocked legitimate progress on my main save file. After spending dozens of hours maximising all base game skills in my current household, I successfully reached level 10 in every single one.
My ultimate goal was to unlock the global achievement "Skilled Beyond Belief". However, the game system glitched: the Mischief skill is currently at level 10 on my Sim, but the internal achievements panel refuses to register the progress. I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps suggested by the community (clearing cache, repairing the game via the EA app, travelling between lots, and resetting skill levels via commands), but the internal tracker for this save file remains corrupted, preventing me from earning the achievement. It is extremely unfair to lose days of gameplay due to a software synchronisation bug. As an active consumer, I request a technical review of this issue.

Given the inconvenience caused and the hours of effort ignored by the game, I request fair compensation added to my in-game wallet—ideally via a compensatory Moola balance so I can purchase new content directly on The Sims 4 Marketplace, or a product code to unlock a pack/expansion of your choice. I look forward to your response and a proper resolution to this issue.
