Hi I have been playing the sims 4 on Pc since for 10 years and spent hundreds of hours and money buying packs etc and I have also been playing on Xbox. I don’t have my pc anymore and was really hoping I could transfer all my packs over to my Xbox. I have signed into my EA account on Xbox and it’s showing all my family’s, builds etc that was created on Pc but it’s deleting all items that are from packs when trying to use/play them.

Hello. Sims 4 is not cross platform. You have to buy the packs that you would like, for the particular version that you are playing. You will need to buy the console version of the packs, to be able to have the items from those packs in your game, and in your builds and for your sims in CAS.
