Black Square hovers over Henford-On-Bagley

Since the event started tonight, i've noticed a black square hovering over Henford-On-Bagley while in build mode and changed the TOD to morning. It only appears to be affecting my current save. Below is an example. This only appears while in build mode. 

In a fresh save (not tested vanilla) on the same lot, there is no graphic issue on the same lot looking from the same angle:

Why would this be affecting one save but not the other not tested vanilla?

    Has this event corrupted any mods at all? Since the event started tonight, this black square is hovering over Henford-On-Bagley when switching to morning in build mode in my current save. In other saves it does not appear while switched to morning in build mode.

    I am sorry that you have had the black square appearBrd709​ Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

    It's appearing in all worlds, not just Henford-on-Bagley and only appearing to affect early mornings.
