Suddenly remove from household

I was playing the pancakes household when it suddenly kicked one of household members out of the household. And strangely It won't let her back though the in the house for basic functions like going to the bathroom or going to bed. 

If tried to reset the SIM to see if that works but it didn't work. 

Seams to be a bug going on.

    was this while you were playing the household ? Do they have their own household now ?

    Are you using any mods/cc in your game ? What platform are you on ?

    No I no don't use any mods and this happen when and they have their own household now 

    And play on PC Version of Sims 4 

    But I've managed to fixed the issue by receiving the save from a earlier save which for now it working fine.

    Elf13589​  I've had that happen a couple of times.  One sim in a household just all of a sudden was locked out of the house and the other time, the entire household got locked out, the sim got booted from the household to Not in World.  It took using Manage Households to move them out and back in to fix it.
