Crystal Tree not appearing

@bmxb426JBTbfcv  Do you play with mods or custom content, and if so, does this happen with the Mods folder removed?  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.

Never tried mods or custom content yet, was thinking to this year but don't think i ever will

the first time i grew my crystal tree it sprouted and i was able to collect the crystals and proceeded to plant more. After they grew, i waited for them to produce. once they did the tree was gone and crystals just floating. i moved my trees into inventory and had to replant. they now have grown again and the tree is gone...just crystals i can not put in my inventory. no mods or cc 

On pc, not laptop, tree is still invisible, I still check on it in that world and play that house, I see floating crystals that I can't touch, I grew two more crystal plants beside it, they are ok lol 

I like my imaginary tree lol, but sadly this sim world its in, is now slowing starting to fall apart, getting the error code when trying to go into a house, I was playing over 1000+ sims in that world (jumping from house to house) and now I'm slowly moving them to a new world so eventually bye bye to my invisible tree ...

Hey bmxb426JBTbfcv​ , this issue is a bit old and should have been fixed in the meantime, so I'm locking this thread to prevent further necroposting. If you are still experiencing this bug, could you create a new thread in the forum? Thank you!
