Customers peeing themselves

I’ve been playing B&H for around a week now and customers at my small business are regularly peeing themselves, despite having toilet cubicles available. Customers are spending a lot of time in the bathroom, mainly practicing speeches or getting a glass of water, but I don’t think I’ve seen one of them actually use the toilet?

    Are the toilet and sink in the same room?  Perhaps the customers aren't going to the bathroom to pee because it's constantly occupied by other customers using the sink.  Maybe if you put the toilets into separate "stalls" from the common area with the sink?
