Customers standing outside small business

Question

I have a spa / gym small business attached to my sims house. I am having an issue where sims are standing outside of the small business but not entering. I have tried moving the kiosk inside, outside, etc. it doesn't seem to work. It won't even let me welcome sims to the business.&nbsp;

The same happens to me. Some choose that they don’t want to enter the business but they still stand there instead of leaving. &nbsp;Idk if it’s a bug or if there’s something like a no loitering sign we’re supposed to buy lol.
