cutom item by gallery when playing sims 4

Question

is it only can allowed to download custom item(moded item or CC) by internet page?

there were dissapeard when you get through "gallery" in sims4 playing, not these website.

usually I've been get mod item from other's website like google search or such as thing.

and then move to EA > sims4 > mod folder(directory), it works as you know.

however, getting the mod item in "gallery" while playing sims4, turn on the "bb.moveobjects" script code, custom items were dissapeard.

so it goes to questions to first line in this writing.

Those might be using packs that you do not have? If they do, any items in the download will be removed, because you have not purchased the pack that contains the item(s).

CC and mods don't transfer to the gallery. This is to prevent that you get unwanted stuff. You need to download everything separately and add it to your game. Then the Sims will wear it when you download it.
If you mean that you can't see them at all, you need to make sure to check the 'include cc' option when checking the gallery. That still doesn't download the actual cc though.
