@ilovejesus1994 I think adding a dating app for Sims would be really cool.
In the meantime, if you have Get Together, a workaround I've done is to create a singles club. This can help you quickly find and meet Sims that meet your Sim's preferences in a s.o. Host a gathering and now you have a singles mixer/your Sim went speed dating.
