When I start the game and get to the log-in screen, a pop up for the Deck the Palms event comes up and it seemingly lets me claim the rewards. However, when I enter a household and play, I cannot see my rewards. I do not see any "Event" tabs to check to see if the rewards have in fact been claimed.
do you have the online option in the settings ticked ?
I dismissed the pop up and I don't seem to have the event at all. There's no UI (and I checked in the Game Options, it's not hidden. In fact I can't check the box because there's no Challenge UI). I repaired the game, started a new save file, no event. Even clicking "Learn More" under the event box on the main menu does nothing. All of my past events have worked.

Ah, I turned it off recently. I didn't realize that would affect events. I turned it back on and now have the event tab and was able to claim the rewards. Thank you.
