Default Community lots Disappearing

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Sporadically
What is your current game version number? 1.112.519.1020 DXII
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EP, All GP, All SP except Cool Kitchen Stuff and Bowling Night Stuff. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So far the lots that have disappeared have been the Alum Museum of Archeology, Celebration Center in San Sequoia, and Copperdale High School.
I'm traveling there from Oasis Springs. I'll be attaching my game file as I'm not sure how else to recreate it, since it's not every time.
Within the save file: Follow teen sim to school.
What happens when the bug occurs? The lot loads but the building is missing. Photo attached. It will still show on the map as existing, but once the lot loads it's empty.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No/Yes.

Heya Sims Team!

I recently upgraded my computer, but also haven't played The Sims since prior to the major UI update, so I'm unsure if this bug is related to my new computer or the latest updates (as of 2/6/2025) pushed to the game. This isn't the same as previous Corrupted Lot or Custom Lots disappearing bugs I could find. All of the lots that have been affected are base game, no CC, lots. No error messages or notifications occur when this happens. The lot is simply gone.
I am able to create a new game, save the lots to my library, and then replace them within my main game's world.
