In your Sims 4 game data folder. Path = C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Config.log

When you open it, it should show your nvidia card along with 1 found, 1 supported. If your game is picking up the card it should show it there unless you have the intel 4600. I think with the 4000 it will show.
