Half the Face Details UI are missing

I know this isnt because of the recent update(17/3/26) because its been like this for a couple weeks now. Previously when this exact glitch used to happen i would just reset my game by creating a new EA folder and it worked all the time. But this time i tried that and even removed all my mods, saves, tray and everything, still didnt work. i repaired multiple times, reset multiple times, cleared EA cache, even deleted everything and reinstalled it. This ss is from vanilla game which hasnt even been played. Please Help.
