Deluxe upgrade not available on EA App

So, I just noticed recently that I apparetly only have the standard version of the game on the EA App, even though I purchased the upgrade to the Deluxe Version way back when it was still origin. Unfortunaltely, I dont have the confirmation email anymore cause its may be 2 or 3 years ago and I never noticed (I dont play that often). How is that even possible? And how can I get it back? I payed for it! I remember it was a discount offer for about 3€ something back than. Help ☹️

@LanaQueenMeow The addons missing are strange. Did you go through the whole list ? I think with EA app they just changed everyone's edition to be the same and the extra stuff is added as ad on

@LanaQueenMeow Did you check in game if you have the stuff ?

Ea app works a bit different as you should have the deluxe stuff as add on.

@crinrict It just says I own the standard edition. Cant find what you have there, I only see my regular add ons, seems like there is no regular basegame "add on" or maybe Im just stupid (which is probably the case)

You're playing in German so this could help you.
Open the EA app and go to Manage EPs
Then look for these 3 packs, that belong to the Deluxe upgrade. You have to scroll down to the end of the list:
If you have got these, you have installed the Delux upgrade.

Is it this one? If it is, apparetly I have it. I can also make the hambugrer cake, but why does it say I only have the standard version and there are no base game "add ons" visible? I dont really know what comes with the upgrade, but its not written anywhere that I own it

@crinrict I checked the list 5 times, it's not written in there, but apparetly I have all the content in my game, so thats what matters (however that might work?!). The EA App is just as useless, stupid and not working as per usual, gosh I wish the origin times back. Anyway, thanks mate
