Been curious about this for a good while, unable to find anyone online who's had to do this, but there's something I need to know; If I were to fully reset my laptop with the Cats & Dogs pack purchased in The Sims 4, will I end up losing it and having to repurchase it?
I honestly hope not, I got it during a recent sale, and won't have the money for it again for a LONG while.
Or will it save and stay when I redownload the EA app & The Sims again after resetting my laptop?

@AngelicAster Your account owns your content, not your computer. So as long as you can still access your EA account, you'll be able to reinstall your Sims 4 content, for free, on any system, including your current one once it's reset.
Please keep in mind that any saves, sims, or lots you've created are stored locally, so those files will disappear unless you preserve them. Sims and lots can be uploaded to the Gallery, but saves are only ever in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves, so you'd need to back up that folder manually.
