disable headscarves

Hi, I want to disable Muslim headscarves because they keep randomly appearing on Sims I created myself as well as NPCs and I don't want the headscarves. How do I stop that? If there isn't a setting to turn it off then there should be because if I wanted this option I would choose it. I do not want it, so I want to stop it. Sometimes the same character wears one, sometimes not. It's weird and creepy because I did not choose this option, so fix this problem please. Thank you
