Disabling and Enabling Packs

Hello,

I've read a bunch of posts but can't seem to find this specific answer.  I'm hoping to be able to disable and re-enable packs between save files.  I want to buy all the paranormal backs but I don't want vampires and werewolves in most of my games. I just want to have one occult save file.  It seems you can't do that through the in-game settings so I don't mind changing it when I start up the game. I found a few posts about how to do that with Origin but since Origin is gone now I am wondering about the EA app.  When I click manage add ons I don't seem to have any options other than looking at all my packs and I'm worried that if I uninstall and reinstall every time it will mess up my save files.
