I purchased The Sims 4 Discover University today. I have downloaded it, but I’m not receiving the world. I can enrol and have some of the pack items, but nothing more. I have uninstalled both Sims 4, the pack, and EA, but nothing is working.

What exactly happens when you click on the world ? It is active on that pic you posted. The world is called Brichester.
Can you give some more details what happens when you try to travel or move there ?
It is, and still not working.

please go to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection and make sure the pack is activated.
