New Spectator

My houses have disappeared

1 house and a whole town is suddenly gone. The people are still on the lot but the houses have seemed to just disappear. I’ve removed the Mods and everything. I even tried playing from a previous saved game. They won’t come back. I can’t even try to move the family or re build. It just gets stuck in loading.
please help!

Having the same problem only I don't have any mods or cc and I play on PC. Plus start up time is 2- 3 minutes long. I started having this problem after the June 30 update. Before then, game purred like a kitten.
