Dishes "Not Found"

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I only have the base game and the free Christmas content
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move dirty dishes into your inventory and then place them on the table.
What happens when the bug occurs? It wont let my sims interact with the dishes in live mode. In build mode I can pick up the dishes but I cannot move them to the trash or place them in my inventory. I get a small text box that says "item can't be found."
What do you expect to see? If there is dirty dishes it should allow me to clean them up or delete them
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

i had dirty dishes all around the house. Rather then sending my sim to get them, i put all the dishes in my toddlers inventory and moved them to the table on the next floor. When i tried to get my sim to clean them up it wouldnt allow me to click them. When I switch over to build mode I can pick them up, but I cant move them to the dishwasher, trash, or my inventory. When I try to set the dish back down it snaps back to its original spot on the table and has a red text box that reads "Object not found".
