DLC sims 4 not downloading on Mac
So I used to play my sims 4 game on windows and decided to change to Mac instead, mind you I have purchased the base game and all my DLC through steam and on Mac you are not able to download the game...

@IDLDLDLDLD When you buy content through Steam, you need to install it through Steam, not through Origin. So unless you can convince EA customer support to add the packs to your Origin account like they did for the base game, you unfortunately won't be able to install those packs on your Mac.

The problem is I can’t get in contact with them and when I send them an email to [edit: email address removed] it says that there mailbox is full and it fails to send the mail. I can’t even call them since I am from Sweden too, even the chat icon is not showing up anymore like it did before. Do you happen to know a way to get in touch with them that would be very helpful.
Have a nice day.@IDLDLDLDLD When you're filling out the help request form, try changing the location listed in the browser window (upper right corner) to U.S. or U.K. You should see a live chat option for almost any problem at almost any time of day, no email or phone call necessary.
