The Sims 4 base game or Digital Deluxe edition is a one time purchase via Origin.
Are you sure is was a repeating charge on your card?
My personal experience is that some items will show as pre-authorized for purchase and later will show as the actual finalized purchase.
The temporary status then goes away.

You may want to check with your card company to verify the charge.
