do I have to use origin to get the sims4

[Edit - Admin.] I'm pretty sure any computer copy of Sims 4 will require Origin no matter where you buy it from. So if you're looking to play on computer, you're stuck dealing with Origin. Console versions don't need it though, but that would also mean that you will need a console (PS4/5 or Xbox One/Series X/Series S) that can play it. Console versions are the same game anyway, though they don't support mods so you would be missing out on that.

@simmy927 Your going to need Origin, though Origin is free to set up (if you get a standard account). 

 Oh I though I had to pay for origin but if I can get it for free then thats fine 😃
