to be sure I understand your issue correctly as there are a few similar bug reports for this. Which of these options are you seeing ?
- You are doing an interaction and although it's received positively from the other side, the relationship goes down ?
- Your Sims are constantly doing mean interactions with other Sims although they are in a good relationship to begin with
- Your Sims are constantly doing mischief interactions with other Sims (the category appears whether or not you have the skill so you can level up)
- Something else ?
