@PugLove888 It would be a bit odd if this was an early version of Paolo Rocca, because both Paolo and this guy is seen in the trailer I linked above, and Paolo is seen to have a relationship with Morgan Fyres in another trailer (even though Morgan is a teen in-game). Also, both the blond guy and Macus Flex are seen in the trailer.
I realised that I wrote that they're first seen at 1:47 in the trailer, but these two guys are first seen at 0:57.

@SqueamishNerd , yes, I see both of them in the trailer. It was just a guess.😇 They do have a very similar vibe/style, But at 1:46 we can see the guy with Eva and he doesn't look as much like Paolo in the face , but it was hard to tell from the still picture that @shaghayeghzy posted because they were kissing. 😃
