Even if you have placed tiles it is still outdoors. I have never in real life seen indoor toilets for dogs.

@99publicidentityI live in an apartment. Most people still classicly and "old fashioned" ig take their dogs out. Even in the livestreams, during the whole process of when the Cats & Dogs Expansion was being made the Sims team really explained that in the Cats & Dogs expansion that they really wanted to capture the feels and convey the dog owner or cat owner experience. Cats feel like cats and dogs like dogs. Just like you can't walk your cat on Sims 4, no your dog can not potty inside. Dogs love walks. EA does not hate dogs. Lol I did not think it was that rude I know I am weird or we''ll go with unique or different lol... I was js. Lol I didn't necessarily mean it as a bad thing. I didn't call them stupid or nothing. Notice how it says training? These are mainly for training your puppies into eventually doing it outdoors. In older times we used old papers for the same.
