Hello I'm having issues with getting gold after my events. During the events I'm hosting i am actively completing the tasks but the task bar doesn't update or acknowledge that i even done it, resulting in a bronze medal.

- During which scenario is this (the ones you pick from the main menu ?

Do you have this issue on multiple saves or just a specific one ? Also multiple household ?
I have this issue with multiple saves, only playing one household at a time
Does it matter what kind of events or what tasks and where you hold them ? There's some known issues with specific tasks/events but nothing on it generally not working afaik.
Have you also tried a game repair ?
