Downloaded Royalty & Legacy Grand Bundle Issue

I downloaded Royalty & Legacy Grand Bundle and it will not show up in Cas and I cannot access the World.  When I click on the world it is telling me that I have to continue downloading the game, even though the game is fully downloaded.  I tried repairing the EA app, but that did not help.
