Dream Home Decorator not working after recent update

Also to mention, I removed my Mods folder for some reason it de-activated the dream home decorator career? It was no longer available to join the career and all my current gigs were gone. Unsure why this is happening

I am also not losing reputation by cancelling gigs when I can't finish them. It seems like the entire career is just frozen.

Try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

I am also experiencing this issue. I removed mods, updated game, repaired game, cleared cache, etc. I do not play with this career often but about two weeks ago I started using it. Worked very good in comparison to it's release (received likes & dislikes that displayed in BB). 

BUT, after this update NONE of the work task complete for me. Visiting the clients lot doesn't even complete upon arrival. I 'Get to Know' the clients preferences, take before & after photos, and enter BB to redesign & NOTHING COMPLETES! The residents will leave the lot when commanded but I cannot complete a single work task. This began immediately after the update. 

I haven't played the career in a while and it had a lot of issues in the past but I did give it a test with my old DHD save just now and all the tasks worked fine for me.

Does it matter for you what gig you are trying ?
