I have done the following things to resolve this myself :
I checked all households on the world map if she appeared so I could delete her there, alas, she isnt there (which is creepy enough)
Restarting, relogging, etc - she appears in my store every time I am open, as a customer - I think one time she even knocked on my door to visit.
