I got this with the Capps while playing as Enzo Alto. It kept popping up, but that's because I think it recorded low interaction and scheduled the phone calls. After inviting them over and socialising and visiting them a bit, after a few days I got a follow up call saying that the bridges had been mended.
Thanks for the reply! I have been allied with a number of dynasties since the feature was released, and this popup only started occurring in the past few days. I have socialized with the dynasty head, Cordelia, and the popup still occurs. I'm not quite sure what to make of it. It's annoying.
