EA Shop: Sims 4 Apperal

I actually have a bit of a odd question and not sure where/whom to ask.

I play Sims 4 and absolutely love the innovative gender options. With that there is also a shirt within the game I strongly desire but can not find anywhere in actuality:

A pink shirt with the mountain skyline before a Trans flag sunset worn by Bob Pancakes.

As a trans man born and raised in the shadow of the Colorado mountains, I would love to own this shirt in Real life as well as some others I know in the gender and sexual minority community.
Is there anywhere I can find this shirt? If not, any way I can ask that these shirts go into production for customer purchase?
