I didn't know if this was the right place to post this, and contacting EA directly in my experience is a hassle and not worth the effort for this. But I received an email with a 5 minute survey to share our thoughts on the game and share feedback. The link they sent isn't valid:No big deal if I can't complete the survey but just wanted to share that the link isn't working. 🙂

Hi, I got an email from the same EA email address which sends me receipts for purchases. The email had a link to take a 5-minute survey about The Sims 4 but the link doesn't work. The subject for the email was "Talk directly to The Sims 4 team". Did anyone else get this email? Is anyone else having the same problem? I like to participate in the surveys for The Sims because I feel like they can sometimes make a difference. Thanks in advance 🙂

Summarize your bug I cannot seem to open any outgoing links sent via email by EA
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and open outgoing links sent via email
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an error message
What do you expect to see? What the email described I should see
The errors I get are;
Bad Request (for Choose YOUR The Sims tm 4 Playstyle) and ERROR: SE-07 Variable 'Value_1' has invalid value '31' for 'list='1' (for Talk directly to The Sims 4 team - Take our quick The Sims 4 survey)
I don't know where else to post this bug - I tried to contact EA directly to report it, but as I couldn't find the option to do so, I'll have to post it here as an apparent part of the EA App (which it isn't, really)
