I know this is more of a legal question, but since there is so little information out there, I was hoping I could find an answer here.
Very recently an update was made to the T.O.S regarding mods for the sims 4. I understand that this means that permanent paywalls for mods are no longer allowed, but many creators have been releasing content for free under an early access waiting period(2-3 weeks), to which they have received donations on sites like Patreon. This has previously been allowed as stated by some representatives. However the new T.O.S has created a lot of confusion and reporting, so it would be great to have some clarification on this!
