[EBN] Advertised cross-pack feature doesn't exist?

The June 26, 2025 press release for Enchanted by Nature included the following line:

With The Sims 4 Island Living Expansion Pack, the Werevolves Game Pack and the Vampires Game Pack, Sims can use Apothecary crafting to create an Elixir that refills all needs instantly for Occult Sims. 

I can't find any evidence of this occult-specific elixir? Not in gameplay, not in buydebug. I've been able to unlock Werewolf, Vampire, and Spellcaster specific nectars on those occults when leveling nectar-making from Horse Ranch. Moonstone in Crystal Creations is explicit about the effects it has on both occult and regular sims.
