[EBN] Can't change into fairy form/use powers

I installed the content for enchanted by nature pack and played that for a few weeks, and now I've installed the Businesses and Hobbies pack.

After launching and playing my sims can no longer Reveal Fairy form, or use the instantly fly here abilities, nor use any other fairy abilities.

She can't even use the fairy house anymore in order to regain emotional force, so she dies.

PLEASE please please fix this, I prefer playing fairies, and now its completely broken.

I completely removed all the files and reinstalled everything. I also made sure to select the install folder for the EA to be in the same location as the Steam, that way when I launch via steam all of the dlc's get loaded directly from the same folder.
This seams to have done the trick. I started a new save and everything seems to be functioning again.

Did you put back your save yet and does that also work ?

junoandmars What steps have you taken yet ? Did you never use mods/cc or remove them ?

this is nothing to do with what you said but I was trying to look for help and this is where they sent me. my fairy cannot use the ladder in fairy form. she has to go to human form in order to use the ladder. that is really annoying her bed is on the second floor and I have a ladder. somebody please fix this. I spent $34 on this pack.....
