Eco Lifestyle Online Selling

I’m pretty sure there was supposed to be an Etsy type thing in the new pack where you can sell your created items for higher than regular sell price in your inventory but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it or where to start. I looked on the computer and phone and nothing is working. Is there something I have to do in order for it to show up?
