Eggs Benedict

I was glad to see more of the Cottage Living ingredients made it into foods from other packs (seriously, cheese being an ingredient in Grilled Cheese seems a no-brainer), but I've noticed one glaring omission: Eggs Benedict. How does it not have eggs as an optional ingredient?
