Hi @LOGiC1958 ! May I also suggest you double check the lot type? If you placed a business on an existing lot in your game, it's possible the lot type is set as "residential" or one that doesn't match your business. If that's the case, then the game wouldn't recognize it as needing staff and such. You can hover the cursor over the lot in world view so see the lot type just below the name. If you do need to change the lot type but you're not sure how, just click on that lot in world view then click the build button in the lower right corner. When build mode opens, click the house icon in upper left and then choose the correct lot type from that drop down menu. This list will also show you a drop down list of requirements, so make sure your lot includes those as well.
