Simology panel always glowing

In my Legacy save the Simology panel is always glowing. It is only in that single save. All others are normal and goes away when I have checked them.

The issus with this save is that when I check the panel it goes away. But if I switch to another sim and then back again it is glowing again. I do play with mods but it happens even without mods. And as mentioned, only in this household. It is really making me question wether or not to continue with this legacy or not.

I have tried clearing cache and repaired the game. I have the latest update (sep 18 2025) but it is still there. Any advice would be greatly appriciated!

    HI MammaKG​ 

    Try the following

    - Close the game
    - Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    Repair the game
    - Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
    - Close the game
    - Copy the save game with the error from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to the new Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
    - Start your save game
    - Check if you still have the error and if you do, try the double load again.
    - Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
