Enchanted By Nature Fairy Failure

I've tried everything. Checking my mods, restarting the app, making new games, clearing cache files, repairing the sims4 games, checking my computer settings, but STILL my Fairy sims do not show their wings! They don't show their fairy forms, I can't edit their fairy forms in CAS because they just automatically revert back to human. Even if I create a fairy in the beginning they do not have their wings or fairy form in the game. Their fairy skill tree is also non-existent so I can't use any skill points.

Even the game's most recent update has done nothing to help. I've wasted my money on a glitchy buggy game pack that is no fun at all. This is a manufacturer problem, not something I can fix. 

EA you'd better fix this problem because I don't appreciate you giving me an overpriced faulty game pack that has too many bugs.

    Try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

    I’m having the exact same problem, it doesn’t matter what I do, they just turn back into humans from cas. Then if I create a fairy in game it’s still the same.

    I have the exact same problem nothing I do fixed them thr game pack is just broken and im over and beyond annoyed because I only bought the pack for the Fairies and I cant even play them!! 

    This is not a mod issue the pack is just broken. EA put out a broken pack once again! EA needs to stop blaming players for their faulty products and fix. The. Game!!!

    I'm having an issue where Enchanted by Nature items are X-ed out and I can't click on the ground at as as well as wants coming up with no picture, just a black and white llama.
