Endless loading for one save only

I’m having issues getting my game to load in. i get to the homepage but once i click resume game I have an endless loading screen. I never reach the select household page.  I’ve opened other saves without any issues so i’m assuming it must have to do with this specific save file. 

This happened randomly, i haven’t downloaded and new mods since the update mid January where i just made sure my few script mods were up to date so I don’t think it’s mod related but i did of course remove my mods folder, which didn’t help. i also redownloaded all of my script mods incase they weren’t actually updated, which hasn’t helped, and i’ve tried to clean my sims folder but I didn’t find anything odd there. 

I repaired my game twice, and updated my computer and nothing is fixing it.
