Endless Loading
Because of EA's bugs, my save became completely unplayable, so I decided to start a BRAND-NEW save from scratch with absolutely no mods or custom content. I deleted ALL game folders and even uninstalled the game so I could start over with the cleanest possible installation.
I reinstalled everything from scratch and started a new save. I never added a single mod or CC. However, once I had edited about half of the worlds, the game started becoming full of bugs. Some neighborhoods get stuck on infinite loading screens and never open, whether I'm trying to access them through Build Mode from the world map or through Live Mode while playing households.
I kept reverting to earlier versions of the save before it became corrupted and tried again multiple times, but nothing fixed it. I saw on the forums that the only solution was to disable the expansion pack causing the issue. So I disabled the Horse Ranch expansion, which seemed to be causing the error, and continued working on Nordhaven. Everything was fine until I tried editing Innisgreen. Then the bug came back, and this time it was MUCH WORSE.
NOW, WHENEVER I ENTER ANY LOT, THE ENTIRE PROPERTY DISAPPEARS AND IS COMPLETELY EMPTY AS IF EVERYTHING HAD BEEN DEMOLISHED!
What kind of game is this if it's impossible to actually play? I paid for these expansion packs, and I have every right to be able to play the game I paid for.
Players keep reporting these issues, and nothing gets done. Every patch seems to make the game worse and worse. This is absolutely terrible. Seriously, I spent so much time searching for lots in the Gallery and customizing every little detail, only to lose everything in the end. It's honestly not worth investing time in a game like this. Please investigate what's happening and provide better support for these game-breaking bugs,
I've included a link to the corrupted save file in case it helps with troubleshooting and identifying the cause of the issue:
