error 111:5a137a9c;bbfd31be

I know the update is messing alot of things up but im not sure if this is a part of it or not but IM NOT HAPPY. I cant do anything at all , the game will open but it wont open my saved games up. i keep getting this error error 111:5a137a9c;bbfd31be says to uninstall EA and i did but it didn't fix it.

Im sick and tired of EA not having a REAL PERSON to talk to when we have issues, we { I know I have } spend too much dang $ for them NOT to have better customer service...

does anyone know what i can do besides taking computer to the GEEK Squad?

    HI Hali-5353​ 

    111 is usually a broken object on the lot, most often a place for custom food that was removed from the game.

    To fix it, load the lot in build mode and delete any empty plates you find. If you can't delete a certain plate, place it on a counter and delete the counter.

    Def not an issue with your computer.

    I tried deleting all plates but they just go into my inventory. I have the same error code 111:6a137a9c: 5102d3ec

    Can you try placing them on a counter and delete the counter ?

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
