Error 135 with new EP July 2024
When I click on a household, it goes to the loading screen, then to the residential world screen, and then this error message pops up. How do I fix it? What's causing it?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.
Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting. Ever since the recent game patch and the Life and Death game pack were downloaded on my game, none of my save files are loading. My most recent file keeps saying: Game loading error. I tried this with all of my save files as well. I repaired my game, I deteled my local cache, and nothing is working! I also have mods but I made sure they were recent (as much as I can).
here is my most recent last exception that populated from the game load error:

Please also post a screenshot of the error you get when trying to load one of your saves.
And please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. If the save does load, you don't need to save your progress.
Thank you for the reply! I moved my Mods folder to my desktop and I'm still receiving the same error when I try to load my save file. I also deleted the first line of my last exception file like you suggested. Please let me know if I did this incorrectly, I do not have a lot of experience with this.
SimmygamerCourt Did you have any freelance careers? If so, it might help to add updated versions, that is if the mods have been updated for patch 1.110.
You can also try a double load: try to load this household, get the error, and go right back in without quitting or exiting to the Main Menu. If that doesn't help, try loading a different household within the save and using "save as" to rename the save, then quitting and reloading your main household.
I did download the most recent freelance career patch and I also tried the double load. But ill try the different household tip you gave.
Update, it did not work.
