@shugz24_00 Could you try the following
1. Split the household in two households
2. Try to load the Sim that's left in the house (ignore the dog for now, just leave him with the household that stays in the house)
3. If you can, place the other Sim into another random lot and see if you can load that one.
This is to determine if it's a Sim that's an issue.
Let me know what the result is.

That seems to have fixed the issue! I was able to play with the sim I split into a new household, and also able to go back to the original household with the remaining sim and play with him in the original lot. Rejoining them together as one household does not produce the error anymore. Playing them together is going fine without any errors.
